Independent Researcher
Owen LeGrone is a geospatial professional focused on the nuclear safeguards and nonproliferation applications of remote sensing. He served from 2022 to 2025 as an Associate Safeguards Information Analyst at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), specializing in satellite imagery, and will return to the IAEA in September for a new role in the Department of Safeguards. He holds an MS in Geospatial Intelligence from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in international studies from the University of the South.
